Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh store atmosphere dan experiential marketing terhadap loyalitas pelanggan yang dimediasi oleh kepuasan pelanggan di Salejourn Cafe and Space Padang. Dalam peneliatian ini digunakan 110 110 sampel yang kemudian diolah menggunakan aplikasi Partial Least Square (PLS). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa : (1) Store Atmosphere berpengaruh positif terhadap loyalitas pelanggan di Salejourn Cafe and Space Padang (2) Experiential Marketing berpengaruh positif terhadap loyalitas pelanggan di Salejourn Cafe and Space Padang (3) Store Atmosphere berpengaruh positif terhadap kepuasan pelanggan di Salejourn Cafe and Space Padang (4) Experiential Marketing berpengaruh positif terhadap kepuasan pelanggan di Salejourn Cafe and Space Padang (5) Loyalitas Pelanggan berpengaruh positif terhadap Kepuasan Pelanggan di Salejourn Cafe and Space Padang (6) Experiential Marketing berpengaruh terhadap Loyalitas Pelanggan melalui Kepuasan Pelanggan di Salejourn Cafe and Space Padang (7) Store Atmosphere tidak berpengaruh terhadap Loyalitas Pelanggan melalui Kepuasan Pelanggan di Salejourn Cafe and Space Padang.HB Economic Theory2025Universitas Negeri Padang;Manajemen FE UNPThesis
