Metodologi – Penelitian ini adalah penelitain kausal. Populasi dari penelitian ini adalah Karyawan PT. Bank Nagari Cabang Utama. Jumlah sampel yang digunakan adalah jumlah populasi sebanyak 60 orang karyawan yang diambil dengan menggunakan total sampling. Pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner dengan Skala Likert. Teknik analisis yang digunakan melalui software SmartPLS 4. Hasil – Hasil pengolahan data pada penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa : (1) work-life balance berpengaruh positif namun tidak signifikan terhadap employee well-being pada karyawan Bank Nagari Cabang Utama (2) work-life balance berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan stres kerja pada karyawan Bank Nagari Cabang Utama (3) stres kerja bepengaruh negatif namun tidak signifikan terhadap employee well-being pada karyawan Bank Nagari Cabang Utama (4) stres kerja memediasi pengaruh work-life balance terhadap employee well-being pada karyawan Bank Nagari Cabang Utama tetapi tidak signifikan.HB Economic Theory2025Universitas Negeri Padang;Manajemen FE UNPThesis
