Repository Universitas Negeri PadangPengaruh Dukungan Sosial terhadap Perencanaan Karir dengan Efikasi Diri Variabel Mediasi pada MahasiswaIlhamDhaniauthorTujuan – Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji : (1) pengaruh dukungan sosial terhadap perencanaan karir (2) pengaruh dukungan sosial terhadap efikasi diri (3) pengaruh efikasi diri terhadap perencanaan karir (4) pengaruh dukungan sosial terhadap perencanaan karir dengan efikasi diri sebagai mediasi Metodologi – Penelitian ini adalah penelitain kausal. Populasi dari penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa Manajemen Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis Universitas Negeri Padang. Jumlah sampel yang digunakan adalah jumlah populasi sebanyak 200 orang mahasiswa yang diambil dengan menggunakan total sampling. Pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner dengan Skala Likert. Teknik analisis yang digunakan melalui software SPSS versi 23.0. Hasil – Hasil pengolahan data pada penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa : (1) dukungan sosial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap perencanaan karir pada mahasiswa Manajemen FEB UNP (2) dukungan sosial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap efikasi diri pada mahasiswa Manajemen FEB UNP (3) efikasi diri bepengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap perencanaan karir pada mahasiswa Manajemen FEB UNP (4) efikasi diri memediasi pengaruh dukungan sosial terhadap perencanaan karir pada mahasiswa Manajemen FEB UNP.HB Economic Theory2024Universitas Negeri Padang;Manajemen FE UNPThesis
