Berbagai Internet Cellular Provider di Indonesia berlomba-lomba menawarkan berbagai macam pilihan paket internet salah satunya, XL. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Price dan E-Service Quality terhadap Customer Loyalty dengan Customer Satisfaction sebagai mediasi pada Internet Cellular Provider XL di kalangan Gen Z di Kota Padang. Jenis penelitian ini adalah deksriptif dengan metode kuantitatif dan menggunakan Non-Probability Sampling jenis Purposive Sampling sebagai metode pengambilan sampel. Sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 150 responden, data dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan kuisioner melalui Google Form. Pengolahan data dikumpulkan menggunakan Partial Least Squared-Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) dengan bantuan software SmartPLS. Hasil yang diperoleh dalam penelitian ini menunjukkan semua variabel (Price dan E-Service Quality) berpengaruh terhadap Customer Loyalty baik secara langsung maupun tidak langsung melalui mediasi oleh Customer SatisfactionHB Economic Theory2025Universitas Negeri Padang;Manajemen FE UNPThesis
