(2) Pengaruh Job Insecurity terhadap Subjective Wellbeing pada Karyawan PT Bank Nagaru Cabang Batusangkar. (3) Pengaruh Subjective Wellbeing terhadap Job Performance pada Karyawan PT Bank Nagari Cabang Batusangkar (4) Pengaruh Subjective Wellbeing terhadap hubungan antara Job Insecurity dengan Job Performance pada Karyawan PT Bank Nagari Cabang Batusangkar. Metodologi- Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kausal. Populasi dalam penelitian adalah seluruh Karyawan PT Bank Nagari Cabang Batusangkar berjumlah 41 orang. Sedangkan jumlah sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini ditentukan dengan menggunakan total sampling sehingga sampel berjumlah sama dengan populasi yaitu berjumlah 41 orang. Teknik analisis yang digunakan software SmartPLS4. Hasil- Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Job Insecurity berpengaruh secara negatif dan signifikan terhadap Job Performance pada Karyawan PT Bank Nagari Cabang Batusangkar. (2) Job Insecurity berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap Subjective Wellbeing pada Karyawan PT Bank Nagari Cabang Batusangkar. (3) Subjective Wellbeing berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Job Performance pada Karyawan PT Bank Nagari Cabang Batusangkar.
