Metodologi – Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kausal. Populasi dari penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa tingkat akhir Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis Universitas Negeri Padang. Jumlah sampel yang digunakan adalah jumlah populasi sebanyak 100 orang mahasiswa yang diambil dengan menggunakan total sampling. Pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner dengan Skala Likert. Teknik analisis yang digunakan melalui software SmartPLS 4. Hasil – Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) Career Self-Efficacy memiliki pengaruh positif namun tidak signifikan terhadap Career Choice pada mahasiswa generasi z tingkat akhir FEB UNP (2) Career Self-Efficacy berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Career Exploration pada mahasiswa generasi z tingkat akhir FEB UNP (3) Career Exploration berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Career Choice pada mahasiswa generasi z tingkat akhir FEB UNP (4) Career Exploration terbukti memediasi hubungan antara Career Self-Efficacy dan Career Choice pada mahasiswa generasi z tingkat akhir FEB UNP.</dc:description>
