Metodologi – Penelitian ini adalah penelitain kausal. Populasi dari penelitian ini adalah pekerja independen di Kota Padang dan Kota Bukittinggi. Jumlah sampel yang digunakan adalah jumlah populasi sebanyak 255 orang pekerja independen yang diambil dengan menggunakan non-probability sampling. Pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner dengan Skala Likert. Teknik analisis yang digunakan melalui software SmartPLS 4. Hasil – Hasil pengolahan data pada penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa : (1) mindfulness at work berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap prosocial behavior pada pekerja independen (2) mindfulness at work berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja pada pekerja independen (3) kepuasan kerja bepengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap prosocial behavior pada pekerja independen (4) kepuasan kerja memediasi pengaruh mindfulness at work terhadap prosocial behavior pada pekerja independen.HB Economic Theory2025Universitas Negeri Padang;Manajemen FE UNPThesis
