Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah perusahaan yang melakukan initial public offering (IPO) yang terdaftar di bursa efek Indonesia tahun 2018-2021 berjumlah 217 perusahaan. Sampel penelitian sebanyak 76 perusahaan dengan teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan purposive sumpling. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan untuk menguji hipotesis adalah regresi linier berganda dengan menggunakan SPSS versi 26. Hasil uji t menunjukkan bahwa profitabilitas berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap initial return. Offering size berpengaruh positif terhadap initial return. Firm size tidak berpengaruh terhadap initial return. Financial leverage tidak berpengaruh terhadap initial return. Dan sharia compliant status tidak berpengaruh terhadap initial return. Disimpulkan dalam penelitian ini Investor dapat menjadikan variabel penelitian yaitu offering size sebagai referensi dalam menetapkan keputusan untuk berinvestasi.HB Economic Theory2023Universitas Negeri Padang;Manajemen FE UNPThesis
