        <dc:description>Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Capital Structure dan Innovation terhadap Financial Performance dengan Agency Cost sebagai variable moderasi pada Perusahaan Sector Energy yang Terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah 71 perusahaan sector energy yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia tahun 2017-2021. Sedangkan sampel dari penelitian ini sebanyak 135 sampel perusahaan. Jenis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data sekunder yang diperoleh dari website Bursa Efek Indonesia yaitu  www.idx.co.id dan website perusahaan sampel. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah moderated regression analysis (MRA). Hasil penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa (1) Capital Structure yang diproksian dengan Debt to Total Asset (DAR) dan Debt to Equity (DER) berpengaruh negative dan signifikan terhadap Financial Performance, (2) Innovation berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Financial Performance, (3) Agency Cost mampu memoderasi hubungan antara Debt to Total Asset (DAR) terhadap Financial Performance, (4) Agency Cost mampu memoderasi hubungan antara Debt to Equity (DER) terhadap Financial Performance.</dc:description>
