        <dc:description>Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat perbedaan kinerja guru yang telah disertifikasi dan yang belum disertifikasi di SMP N 3 Matur Kabupaten Agam. Hipotesis yang diajukan dalam penelitian ini adalah terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan antara kinerja guru yang telah disertifikasi dan yang belum disertifikasi di SMP N 3 Matur Kabupaten Agam. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif deskriptif, populasi yang diambil yaitu seluruh guru yang di SMP N 3 Matur Kabupaten Agam. Sampel dalam penelitian adalah guru yang telah disertifikasi (10 orang) dan guru yang belum disertifikasi (10 orang). Sampel yang diambil menggunakan purposive sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah kuesioner dan observasi. Alat pengumpul datanya yaitu angket. Kemudian data dianalisis dengan uji-t yang sebelumnya diuji normalitas populasi yang menggunakan uji Liliefors dan uji homogenitas menggunakan uji Bartlett. Hasil analisis data didapat hasil rata-rata kinerja guru yang telah disertifikasi (129,8) dan kinerja guru yang belum disertifikasi (124,1), dari hasil analisis yang digunakan semua data berdistribusi normal. Analisis menggunakan uji- t didapatkan bahwa hasil rata-rata kinerja guru yang telah disertifikasi dengan kinerja guru yang belum disertifikasi terdapat thitung &gt; ttabel (3,413 &gt; 2,101). Disimpulkan bahwa terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan antara kinerja guru yang telah disertifikasi dengan yang belum disertifikasi di SMP N 3 Matur.</dc:description>
