Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang standar operasional prosedur make-up room di kamar berstatus vacant dirty di New D’Dhave Hotel Padang. Jenis penelitian ini adalah deskriptif dengan data kualitatif. Informan dalam penelitian ini adalah Manager/Supervisor housekeeping dan 2 orang staf housekeeping. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan yaitu pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data, dan pengambilan keputusan. Hasil penelitian ini secara keseluruhan menunjukkan bahwa bahwa perancangan standar operasional prosedur make-up room di kamar berstatus vacant dirty di New D’Dhave Hotel padang di mulai dari set-up troli, ketuk pintu sebelum masuk kamar, buka gorden jendela, striping, making bed, cleaning bathroom, dusting dan recheking.Hoaspitality Management2021-08Universitas Negeri Padang;Manajemen Perhotelan FPP UNPThesis
