Repository Universitas Negeri PadangPengaruh Model Pembelajaran Quick On The Draw terhadap Aktivitas dan Hasil Belajar Peserta Didik pada Mata Pelajaran IPA Kelas VIII SMPN 13 PadangAzzahraSherlyaniauthorPenelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh masalah yang di hadapi guru IPA yaitu pembelajaran yang masih berpusat pada guru, sehingga peserta didik kurang aktif dan mengakibatkan hasil belajar belum mencapai KKM (78). Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengetahui pengaruh penerapan model pembelajaran Quick On The Draw terhadap hasil belajar peserta didik pada mata pelajaran IPA kelas VIII SMPN 13 Padang. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian eksperimen semu dengan rancangan Posttest Control-Group Only Design. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh peserta didik kelas 8 SMPN 13 Padang tahun pelajaran 2019/2020.Sampel penelitian adalah peserta didik kelas VIII.6 sebagai kelas eksperimen dan kelas VIII.9 sebagai kelas kontrol. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik Purposive Sampling. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah berupa soal posttest untuk kompetensi pengetahuan, lembar observasi untuk kompetensi sikap dan keterampilan. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa hasil belajar peserta didik pada kelas eksperimen lebih tinggi daripada kelas kontrol yaitu dengan nilai rata-rata kompetensi pengetahuan peserta didik kelas eksperimen (80,17) dan kelas kontrol (67,67). Analisis data menggunakan uji-t menunjukan bahwa thitung (5,55) > ttabel (1,67). Berdasarkan hasil-hasil yang diperoleh, maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa model pembelajaran Quick On The Draw berpengaruh positif berarti terhadap aktivitas dan hasil belajar peserta didik pada mata pelajaran IPA di SMPN 13 Padang.L Education (General)QH301 Biology2020-01Universitas Negeri padang;Pdd.
