bunga telang biru dalam gelasi mikroemulsi water in oil dari sistem air (pH 4,5&#13;
dan pH 9,5), Triton X-100, sikloheksana serta aplikasi untuk tinta dengan metoda&#13;
sol-gel. Sol yaitu suatu sistem koloid padatan yang terdispersi dalam cairan. Gel&#13;
adalah sistem sistem padatan yang mengandung cairan. Penelitian ini bertujuan&#13;
untuk mempreparasi gel dalam mikroemulsi water in oil dari sistem air (pH 4,5&#13;
dan pH 9,5), Triton X-100 dan sikloheksana, mengunakan pH air 4,5 ( dikontrol&#13;
oleh asam nitrat) dan untuk air pH 9,5 ( dikontrol oleh kalium hidroksida),&#13;
Tetraethylortosilicate (TEOS) yang mengalami hidrolisis dengan air untuk&#13;
membentuk gel. Hal ini ditunjukan dengan kelarutan zat warna organik dalam&#13;
gelasi mikroemulsi water in oil air pH 9,5 serbuk kulit buah naga sebesar 0,0215&#13;
