Desain penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif korelasional. Populasi dalam penelitian ini semua mahasiswa bidikmisi tingkat akhir Fakultas Teknik Universitas Negeri Padang. Teknik pengumpulan sampel dalam penelitian ini yaitu sampling purposive dengan jumlah sampelnya sebanyak 73 orang&#13;
Penelitian ini menggunakan skala Adversity quotient dan prokrastinasi akademik. Teknik analisa data dalam penelitian ini yaitu menggunakan teknik analisis regresi linier sederhana. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat kontribusi adversity quotient terhadap prokrastinasi akademik pada mahasiswa bidikmisi tingkat akhir Fakultas Teknik Universitas Negeri Padang dengan nilai R2=0,087, p= 0,011 (p&lt; 0,05).
