Penelitian ini berbentuk penelitian deksriptif kualitatif. Penelitian ini menggambarkan tentang efektifitas penerimaan retribusi parkir pada UPTD Dinas Perhubungan Kota Bukittinggi. Teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara, studi pustaka dan studi lapangan. Data dikumpulkan langsung dari narasumber dari instansi terkait, berupa data target penerimaan retribusi parkir tahun 2017-2021, data realisasi penerimaan retribusi parkir 2017-2021. Berdasarkan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa retribusi parkir di Kota Bukittinggi sudah terealisasikan namun belum mencapai target.HD28 Management.
