        <dc:description>Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh harga dan reputasi perusahaan terhadap loyalitas penggunaan aplikasi gojek pada mahasiswa Universitas Negeri Padang. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa Universitas Negeri Padang. Jumlah sampel penelitian ditentukan dengan menggunakan rumus Cochran sebanyak 100 orang dan dipilih menggunakan metode non probability sampling dengan teknik purposive sampling. Data yang digunakan adalah jenis data primer yang diperoleh melalui penyebaran kuesioner kepada mahasiswa Universitas Negeri Padang dengan kriteria yang sudah ditetapkan. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi berganda dengan menggunakan SPSS 20. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) Harga dan Reputasi Perusahaan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Loyalitas Pelanggan, (2) Harga berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Loyalitas Pelanggan, (3) Reputasi Perusahaan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Loyalitas Pelanggan.</dc:description>
