ini merupakan jenis penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif, yaitu menjelaskan dan menggambarkan berbagai hal menyangkut dengan stres kerja karyawan di Badan Keuangan Daerah Provinsi Sumatera Barat. Metode pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan pengisian kuesioner, dan teknik analisis yang digunakan &#13;
adalah rumus tingkat capaian responden (TCR). Hasil penelitian menunjukan tingkat stres kerja karyawan di Badan Keuangan Daerah Provinsi Sumatera BaratCukup Tinggi.</dc:description>
