        <dc:description>Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui strategi dalam meningkatkan pembayaran pajak kendaraan bermotor di kantor SAMSAT Kota Padang.Penelitian ini berbentuk penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Penelitian ini menggambarkan tentang strategi dalam meningkatkan pembayaran pajak&#13;
kendaraan bermotor di Kantor SAMSAT Kota Padang. Teknik pengumpulan data melalui Dokumentasi dan Wawancara. Data dikumpulkan langsung dengan narasumber dari instansi terkait, berupa data target penerimaan pajak kendaraan&#13;
bermotor tahun 2015-2019, data realisasi penerimaan pajak kendaraan bermotor tahun 2015-2019. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa strategi yang dibuat oleh Kantor SAMSAT sudah berjalan dengan baik walaupun persentase&#13;
pencapaian masih mengalami naik turun atau fluktuasi.</dc:description>
