        <dc:description>Penelitian ini bertujun untuk mengetahui tingkat kepercayaan konsumen terhadap pemakaian e-money seperti Shopeepay. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penulisan tugas akhir ini adalah penelitian survey. Penelitian ini di lakukan&#13;
di kota Padang. Teknik pengumpulan data ini melalui pengisian kusioner. Sumber data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini berupa data primer yaitu dengan melakukan kusioner terstruktur. Data yang terkumpul dianalisis menggunakan metode deskriptif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini yaitu setiap konsumen yang menggunakan Shopeepay di kota Padang. Jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 100 orang sampel. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah statistik deskriptif yaitu dengan melakukan proses transformasi data penelitian dalam bentuk tabulasi berdasarkan kuesioner kepercayaan konsumen dalam penggunaan&#13;
Shopeepay. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kepercayaan konsumen terhadap penggunaan Shopeepay di Kota Padang tinggi, dengan perolehan ratarata&#13;
3,6 dengan TCR sebesar 76%. Maka diharapkan shopeepay dapat&#13;
meningkatkan kepercayaan kepada konsumen.</dc:description>
