citra merek yaitu Kekuatan (strengthness), Keunikan (uniqueness),dan Kesukaan (favorable). &#13;
Penelitian ini menggunakan satu variable yaitu citra merek. Jenis penelitian ini adalah &#13;
penelitian deskriptif. Sampel penelitian ini adalah konsumen Kentucky Fried Chicken &#13;
(KFC)dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 30 responden yang di dapat dengan metode unkwon &#13;
sample. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah kuesioner (angket) dan studi &#13;
kepustakaan . Berdasarkan hasil yang telah diperoleh skor total sebesar  119.5 dengan rata-&#13;
rata keseluruhan sebesar 3.98 dan TCR 80% dengan kategori ( tinggi). Artinya citra merek &#13;
pada Kentucky Fried Chicken (KFC) , memiliki citra yang baik dibenak konsumen Kentucky &#13;
Fried Chicken (KFC) dikota Padang.</dc:description>
