Repository Universitas Negeri PadangPemanfaatan Penginderaan Jauh dalam Pemetaan Perubahan Garis Pantai Padang di Kecamatan Padang Barat Kota PadangPutriPutriauthorPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk 1) mengetahui perubahan garis pantai tahun 2000 sampai 2010 dan 2010 sampai 2020. 2) mengetahui luas perubahan garis pantai tahun 2000 sampai 2010 dan 2010 sampai 2020. Dalam menganalisis perubahan garis pantai dilakukan dengan metode Digital Shoreline Analysis System (DSAS) yaitu menggunakan Net Shoreline Movement (NSM) dan End Point Rate (EPR). Metode untuk menghitung luas perubahan garis pantai yaitu overlay kemudian dihitung melalui calculate geometry. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa 1) Laju abrasi pada tahun 2000 - 2010 mencapai 0,09m/th dengan rata-rata jarak perubahan garis pantai yaitu 0,9 m/th sementara laju akresi yang terjadi sebesar 0,28 m/th dengan rata-rata jarak perubahan garis pantai 2,9m/th . Tahun 2010-2020 laju abrasi yang terjadi yaitu 0,16 m/th dengan jarak rata rata perubahan garis pantai 1,70 m/th, sementara laju akresi yang terjadi sebesar 0,17 m/th dengan rata-rata jarak perubahan garis pantai 1,77 m/th . 2) Luas seluruh abrasi tahun 2000-2010 yaitu 26.721 m2, dengan rata rata perubahan luas abrasi yaitu 26.8 m2/th. Sedangkan Luas seluruh akresi tahun 2000-2010 yaitu 64.380 m2, dengan rata rata perubahan luas abrasi yaitu 37,8 m2/th.
