        <dc:description>Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh atribut produk dan harga terhadap brand switching pada produk smartphone Samsung di Universitas Negeri Padang. Jenis penelitian ini adalah kausatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa Universitas Negeri Padang. Jumlah sampel penelitian ditentukan berdasarkan rumus William Cochran. Sebanyak 100 orang dan dipilih dengan menggunakan teknik Purposive Sampling. Data yang digunakan adalah jenis data primer yang diperoleh melalui penyebaran kuesioner kepada mahasiswa Universitas Negeri Padang dengan kriteria yang sudah ditetapkan. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi berganda dengan menggunakan SPSS 26. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) atribut produk berpengaruh signifikan terhadap brand switching produk smartphone Samsung ke merek lain, (2) harga berpengaruh signifikan terhadap brand switching produk smartphone Samsung ke merek lain, (3) atribut produk dan harga berpengaruh signifikan terhadap brand switching produk smartphone Samsung ke merek lain.</dc:description>
