        <dc:description>Penelitian bertujuan untuk mendapatkan informasi, menganalisis, dan membahas data tentang hubungan antara daya juang (adversity quotient) dengan hasil belajar IPS di SMPN 1 Jujuhan Kecamatan Jujuhan Ilir Kabupaten Bungo. Penelitian termasuk pada penelitian deskriptif korelasional, mencari hubungan antar variabel yaitu hubungan antara daya juang (adversity quotient) (X) dengan hasil belajar IPS (Y). Populasi dari penelitian adalah seluruh siswa di kelas VII dan VIII SMPN 1 Jujuhan Kecamatan Jujuhan Ilir Kabupaten Bungo sebanyak 120 orang dan sampel responden diambil dengan menggunakan teknik Proportional Stratified Random Sampling dengan proporsi 50%, yaitu sebanyak 60 orang siswa. Alat pengumpulan data berupa angket, sebelum angket disebarkan kepada seluruh responden, dilakukan terlebih dahulu uji coba instrumen. Temuan penelitian adalah daya juang (adversity quotient) siswa kelas VII dan VIII SMPN 1 Jujuhan tergolong rendah, dilihat dari nilai TCR 63,84% dengan kategori kurang baik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan signifikan dan positif antara daya juang (adversity quotient) dengan hasil belajar IPS. Variabel daya juang (adversity quotient) memberikan sumbangan sebesar 13,8% terhadap variabel hasil belajar. Dengan demikian, terdapat hubungan antara daya juang (adversity quotient) dengan hasil belajar IPS siswa di SMPN 1 Jujuhan Kecamatan Jujuhan Ilir Kabupaten Bungo.</dc:description>
