Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kuantitatif, dengan memperoleh data langsung melalui kuesioner. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penulisan tugas akhir ini yakni dengan penyebaran kuesioner sebanyak 100 responden dengan pengguna jasa PO ANS. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kualitas jasa berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan pelanggan dengan : (1) Dimensi Keandalan mendapatkan skor 86,25% (2) Dimensi Responsivitas mendapatkan skor 82,40% (3) Dimensi Jaminan mendapatkan skor 86,35% (4) Dimensi Empati mendapatkan skor 81,20% (5) Dimensi Wujud mendapatkan skor 84,12%. Artinya Dimensi Empati mendapat skor terendah dengan kategori sangat puas.
