Bentuk penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah keseluruhan konsumen Kepiting Nampar Pariaman. Jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 100 orang responden. Teknik penarikan sampel yang digunakan adalah purposive sampling dan Lemeshlow dengan kriteria konsumen yang pernah membeli produk Kepiting Nampar Pariaman, konsumen yang mengetahui Kepiting Nampar Pariaman, konsumen yang memiliki media sosial instagram, dan bersedia menjadi responden. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah uji regresi linear sederhana. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa variabel electronic word of mouth instagram Kepiting Nampar Pariaman berada pada kategori cukup tinggi dengan perolehan skor TCR 78,6 %. Sedangkan variabel minat beli beradapada kategori tinggi dengan skor TCR 91,2%.
