        <dc:description>Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tingkat kepercayaan konsumen berbelanja online shopping Shopee pada Mahasiswa Fakultas Ekonomi Universitas Negeri Padang. Bentuk penelitian ini adalah penelitian statistik deskriptif. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu melalui kuisioner. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa S1 Fakultas Ekonomi Universitas Negeri Padang sebanyak 95 responden. Dari hasil penelitian yang dilakukan penulis ditemukan bahwa 91,57% responden menjawab bahwa jaminan ganti rugi yang diberikan oleh online shop shopee akan menimbulkan kepercayaan pada konsumen, sedangkan 8,42% responden menjawab bahwa jaminan ganti rugi yang diberikan oleh online shop Shopee tidak menimbulkan kepercayaan. Untuk dapat menumbuhkan kepercayaan konsumen, online shop Shopee harus lebih giat lagi dalam meyakinkan konsumen bahwa online shop Shopee memberikan ganti rugi yang lebih baik lagi.</dc:description>
