Manusia dalam menjalankan kehidupan tidak terlepas dari permasalahan baik dengan individu maupun kelompok, dari beberapa permasalahan yang terjadi ada yang menimbulkan kegelisahan. Dalam mewujudkan karya ini tentunya tidak terlepas dari adanya tahapan atau proses penciptaan. Dalam hal ini tahapan proses penciptaan karya seni lukis tentang kegelisahan diri adalah melalui proses persiapan, elaborasi, sintesis, realisasi konsep, dan penyelesaian. Karya-karya yang ditampilkan dengan corak seni lukis abstrak, untuk memvisualkan rasa kegelisahan seperti keterasingan, kesepian, dan ketidak pastian.
