Namun proses pemerasan dari madu lebah hutan tersebut kurang higenis dan kadar air dalam madu tidak dapat diukur sehingga kualitas madu yang dihasilkan dan harga jual menjadi rendah. Berdasarkan hal tersebut maka penulis merancang alat ekstraksi madu lebah hutan dengan menggunakan metode spinner sebagai proses ekstraksinya, alat ini juga dapat melakukan pengisian madu secara otomatis kedalam botol dengan Load Cell dan Motor Servo, serta dapat mengukur kadar air yang terkandung dalam madu menggunakan Sensor Moisture SEN0114 yang sesuai SNI kadar air yang diperbolehkan dalam madu yaitu 22%. System control alat ekstraksi madu menggunakan Mikrokontroler ATmega328 dan pemrograman menggunakan software Arduino IDE. Dalam waktu 5menit dapat mengekstrak sarang lebah seberat 2kg, dengan hasil berat bersih madu 1350gram. Pengisian secara otomatis madu ke dalam botol membutuhkan waktu 15 menit. Setelah empat kali percobaan mendapatkan hasil rata-rata error 2,01%.
