Repository Universitas Negeri PadangPengaruh Hasil Belajar Mata Pelajaran Kewirausahaan, Pengalaman Praktek Kerja Industri dan Konsep Diri terhadap Minat Wirausaha Siswa Kelas XII SMK Harmoni Batam.Antonius BinsarMunteauthorPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh hasil belajar mata pelajaran kewirausahaan, pengalaman praktek kerja industri dan konsep diri terhadap minat wirausaha siswa kelas XII SMK Harmoni Batam tahun pelajaran 2013/2014 secara langsung maupun tidak langsung. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian korelasional dengan model analisis jalur. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas XII SMK Harmoni Batam yang berjumlah 128 siswa, dengan sampel 97 siswa diambil secara proporsional random sampling. Angket yang digunakan telah diuji Validitas dan Reliabilitasnya. Pengujian persyaratan analisis dan hipotesis dilakukan dengan uji normalitas, linieritas, multikolinieritas dan analisis regresi ganda. Dengan teknik analisis jalur ditemukan hasil sebagai berikut. Pertama pengaruh langsung variabel hasil belajar mata pelaja ran kewirausahaan sebesar 0,280 dan pengalaman praktek kerja industri sebesar 0,463 terhadap konsep diri. Secara simultan besar sumbangan efektif kedua variabel adalah 21,5%. Kedua Pengaruh langsung variabel hasil belajar mata pelajaran kewirausahaan sebesar 0,361, pengalaman praktek kerja industri sebesar 0,606 dan konsep diri sebesar 0,556 terhadap terhadap minat wirausaha. Secara simultan besar sumbangan efektif ketiga variabel adalah 46,4%. Ketiga pengaruh tidak langsung variabel hasil belajar mata pelajaran kewirausahaan sebesar 0,156 dan pengalaman praktek kerja industri sebesar 0,257 terhadap minat wirausaha melalui variabel konsep diri. Pada temuan tersebut, pengalaman praktek kerja industri mempunyai pengaruh yang lebih besar dibandingkan dengan variabel yang lainnya .HD Industries. Land use.
