        <dc:description>Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: Korelasi kemampuan literasi&#13;
informasi terhadap hasil belajar geografi siswa kelas XI IPS SMA Negeri 12 Padang.&#13;
Jenis penelitian ini adalah Deskriptif Korelasional. Populasi penelitian ini&#13;
adalah seluruh siswa kelas XI IPS di SMA Negeri 12 Padang. Untuk memperoleh&#13;
data yang representatif, maka pengambilan sampel diambil secara random dengan&#13;
metode simple random sampling dengan jumlah sampel kelas XI IPS 1 19 siswa,&#13;
kelas XI IPS 2 19 siswa, kelas XI IPS 3 20 siswa, kelas XI IPS 4 20 siswa dan kelas&#13;
XI IPS 5 21 siswa. Besaran sampel ini dihitung menggunakan rumus Slovin. Data&#13;
dikumpulkan melalui wawancara menggunakan kuesioner. Hipotesis yang diajukan&#13;
dianalisis dengan regresi linier sederhana dan korelasi Pearson Product Moment.&#13;
Hasil penelitian menyatakan : Terdapat hubungan yang signifikan dan positif&#13;
antara kemampuan literasi informasi dengan hasil belajar Geografi siswa kelas XI IPS&#13;
SMA Negeri 12 Padang, dengan koefisien korelasi rxy sebesar 0,954 yang&#13;
menunjukkan hubungan yang sangat kuat antara kemampuan literasi informasi&#13;
dengan hasil belajar Geografi siswa kelas XI IPS SMA Negeri 12 Padang</dc:description>
