        <dc:description>Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi karena pelaksanaan supervisi oleh kepala sekolah dasar negeri se-kecamatan padang gelugur kabupaten pasaman belum berjalan sebagaimana mestinya. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk memperoleh informasi tentang: 1) persepsi guru tentang proses pelaksanaan supervisi oleh kepala sekolah dasar negeri se-kecamatan padang gelugur kabupaten pasaman, 2) persepsi guru tentang teknik supervisi yang digunakan oleh kepala sekolah dasar negeri se-kecamatan padang gelugur kabupaten pasaman, dan 3) persepsi guru tentang waktu pelaksanaan supervisi oleh kepala sekolah dasar negeri sekecamatan padang gelugur kabupaten pasaman. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah seluruh guru sekolah dasar negeri sekecamatan padang gelugur kabupaten pasaman sebanyak 177 orang. Jumlah sampel adalah 60 orang yang ditetapkan menggunakan rumus Cochran dan mengambil sampel menggunakan teknik stratified proportional random sampling. Alat pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini adalah angket, yang digunakan model skala Likert yang sudah diuji validitas dan reliabilitasnya. Teknis anaisis data menggunakan rumus rata-rata. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: 1) persepsi guru tentang proses pelaksanaan supervisi oleh kepala sekolah dasar negeri se-kecamatan padang gelugur kabupaten pasaman sudah terlaksana dengan cukup adalah sebesar 70%, 2) persepsi guru tentang teknik supervisi yang digunakan kepala sekolah dasar negeri se-kecamatan padang gelugur kabupaten pasaman sudah terlaksana dengan cukup adalah 71%, dan 3) persepsi guru tentang waktu pelaksanaan supervisi oleh kepala sekolah dasar negeri se-kecamatan padang gelugur kabupaten pasaman sudah terlaksana dengan cukup adalah 71%. Dengan demikian dapat dikatakan bahwa persepsi guru tentang pelaksanaan supervisi oleh kepala sekolah dasar negeri se-kecamatan padang gelugur kabupaten pasaman sudah terlaksana dengan cukup 70,6%.</dc:description>
