Negeri 7 Solok Selatan. Banyak faktor yang menunjukkan terjadinya hal tersebut, &#13;
namun salah satunya di duga yang berhubungan dengan Tingkat Kesegaran &#13;
Jasmani. Untuk itu timbullah rasa ingin tahu penulis mengenai Tingkat Kesegaran &#13;
Jasmani Siswa Sekolah Menengah Atas Negeri 7 Solok Selatan. &#13;
Tujuan penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui sejauh mana tingkat &#13;
kesegaran jasmani siswa Sekolah Menengah Atas Negeri 7 Solok Selatan. Jenis &#13;
penilitian ini adalah deskriptif. Populasi penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas X dan &#13;
XI SMA Negeri 7 Solok Selatan sebanyak 222 orang  yang terdiri dari 114 orang &#13;
putera dan 108 orang puteri. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan purposive &#13;
random sampling dan didapatkan jumlah sampel sebanyak 28 orang putera. &#13;
Instrumen penilitian ini meggunakan tes TKJI yaitu (tes lari 60 meter, baring &#13;
duduk 60 detik, angkat tubuh 60 detik, loncat tegak, lari 1200 meter). Data yang &#13;
dianalisis menggunakan rumus distribusi frekuensi. &#13;
Dari hasil analisis data, menunjukkan bahwa Tingkat Kesegaran Jasmani &#13;
Siswa SMA Negeri 7 Solok Selatan putera berada dalam kategori sedang dengan &#13;
nilai rata-rata 14-17, yakni dengan persentase 16,53%. Dengan demikian perlu &#13;
perhatian semua pihak baik guru disekolah maupun orang tua dirumah agar &#13;
memperhatikan tingkat kesegaran jasmani anak mereka.</dc:description>
