        <dc:description>Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh adversity quotient&#13;
dan iklim kelas terhadap prestasi belajar ekonomi siswa. Jenis penelitian ini&#13;
adalah penelitian deskriptif dan asosiatif. Populasi penelitian ini adalah siswa&#13;
kelas X di SMAN 3 Pariaman yang mempelajari mata pelajaran ekonomi dan&#13;
terdaftar pada tahun pelajaran 2017-2018 yang berjumlah 192 orang, jumlah&#13;
sampel 129 orang. Teknik pengambilan sampel dilakukan secara Proportional&#13;
Random Sampling. Angket digunakan sebagai alat pengumpulan data. Teknik&#13;
analisis data yang digunakan adalah regresi linear berganda.&#13;
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang positif&#13;
signifikan antara adversity quotient dan iklim kelas terhadap prestasi belajar&#13;
ekonomi siswa.&#13;
Berdasarkan hasil penelitian disarankan bagi siswa untuk lebih&#13;
meningkatkan adversity quotient dan membentuk iklim kelas yang baik dalam&#13;
belajar agar mendapatkan prestasi yang lebih optimal. Bagi guru diharapkan untuk&#13;
lebih memperhatikan kondisi siswa dalam belajar dan bagi orangtua diharapkan&#13;
untuk memperhatikan perkembangan anaknya sehingga dapat memberikan&#13;
dorongan kepada siswa agar tetap bersemangat dalam belajar supaya mendapatkan&#13;
prestasi belajar yang lebih baik.</dc:description>
