The aim of this research was to find the effect of TANDUR learning model toward Mathematic Student’s Achievement that have high motivation and less motivation. The design of this research was quasi experimental research, it was conducted at the SMP Bukit Raya Pekanbaru. Populations of this research were VIIIA, VIIIB, and VIIIC. The samples of the reasearch were VIIIC as experimental class and VIIIB as control class, it were taken by using random sample technique.  The technique of collecting data was the test. The technique of data analysis was t-test.
