Persepsi Pengurus Asosiasi PSSI Kabupaten terhadap Tugas Massing-masing di Kabupaten Padang Pariaman

This study aims to determine the perceptions of the association of PSSI Association of the District to their respective duties in Padang Paariaman District. The results of the observations showed that their perception of the tasks they perform as soccer organizations in Padang Pariaman District is classified as less satisfactory. It can be seen from each of them yng not yet understand correctly with duty and function which they must run on each committee which led lead. They argue that the stewardship they run is in line with the Statute of PSSI. But in fact this is still far from what is expected by the wider community, especially those who dabbled in the world of football. This type of research is descriptive qualitative. The population in this study is PSSI Association Padang Pariaman Association. Samples were taken with porposive sampling technique. The data in this research is primary, because in this research the researcher collects the data directly by giving direct question to 11 elected committee to be the sample, that is Chairman, Secretary and each chairman of the committee. Data on the perception of the board of analysis researchers using triangulation. Based on the results of research that researchers have done, researchers found that each chairman of each committee still can not perform their duties properly. Therefore it is necessary to evaluate and improve the performance of the board.
