Abstract
Mesenchymal Stem Cell are multipotent cells that are clini cally explored as a new therapeutic to treat mani diseases which is mediated by immune system. MSCs in the begining are predicted as regenerative therapy for skeletal tissue repair, however recent studies show the MACs abilities in regulating endogenous tissue and immune cells. Preclinical studies indicate that there peutic effect of MSC dynamic. There is paracrine interactiob between the MSC and the host cells. MSCs can be used as a model to predict the pharmacokinetik of therapeutic in the treatment
