Abstract
Heir and blood spots are two examples of forensic evidence that may be found at the crime scene. For DNA fingerprint analysis, those samples can be used as sources of DNA. Part of hair that most often used in DNA fingerprint analysis is root of heir because they contain much DNA. But in fact, samples found in the field are not always intact. The same thing happens to blood cells, in which fresh blood is a best cources of DNA for isolation
