Abstract
The success of national development is largely determined by the implementation of development at the level of village government. The role of companion well as technical personnel and personnel empowerment krudensial position in supporting the implementation of development at the village level. Non-formal education bachelor with the knowledge and skills are mastered, it is a potential for a position as assistant village especially in the aspect of community empowerment. The strategic role that can be done outside of school to undergraduate education in the development of rural communities such as programmers, facilitators, mediators, evaluators and supervisors of village development
