Abstract

Physical activities, many forms of movement, and various sport skills are the primary activities done by physical educators in their teaching learning process. In order to acquire those activities or skills the students should physically practice them in many times. There are many methods introduced and used which are based on the researches (in the labs or fields) in the literatures of motor learning that can be applied by physical educators to achieve the objective of their teaching learning process. One of these methods is mental practice. The objective of this article is to explore the concept of mental practice and try to apply it in the teaching learning process
