Abstract

The education supervision have transition from inspection to the aspire supervision that have scientific. Supervision in education is a headmaster, school owner and regency supervision also all office staff in each province. The supervision assessment is : their ability to arrange the supervision program, their ability to do the supervision program, and their ability to utilizing the supervision result. Supervision is a effort that can stimulate, coordination and can develop the teachers development in the school like individual or collective, in order that the teacher more understand and more effective in create all the learning function. As a better supervision have five based competent, like the competence in human relations, competence in group process, competence in educational leader, competence in arrange school personnel, competence in evaluation. In doing supervision based on data, objective fact, a supervision should have some competent.
