Abstract

Tulisan ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Utilitarian Value Dan Hedonic Value Terhadap Customer Engagement Pada Instagram Live Streaming Padang Makeup Store: Customer Trust Sebgai Pemediasi. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 170 di Masyarakat Padang.Data diolah menggunakan Smart PLS 3.0. Hasil penelitian ini adalah : (1) Utilitarian Value berpengaruh positif terhadap Customer Trust pada Padang Makeup Store di Padang. (2) Hedonic Value berpengaruh positif terhadap Customer Trust pada Padang Makeup Store di Padang. (3) Utilitarian Value berpengaruh positif terhadap Customer Engagement pada Padang Makeup Store di Padang. (4) Hedonic Value berpengaruh positif terhadap Customer Engagement pada Padang Makeup Store di Padang.(5) Customer Trust berpengaruh positif terhadap Customer Engagement pada Padang Makeup Store di Padang. (6) Utilitarian Value berpengaruh positif terhadap Customer Engagement melalui Customer Trust pada Padang Makeup Store di Padang. (7) Hedonic Value berpengaruh positif terhadap Customer Engagement melalui Customer Trust pada Padang Makeup Store di Padang.
