Abstract
This study aimed to examine the effect of Value Added Capital Employed (VACA), Value Added Human Capital (VAHU), Structural Capital Value Added (STVA) on company’s financial performance. The population in this study is the banking companies that listed in the Indonesian Stock Exchange in 2005-2012. The research sample was determined by purposive sampling with number of sample is 125. Method analysis is using multiple regressions analysis. This study indicates that Value Added Capital Employed (VACA) has a significant and positive effect on company’s financial performance, Value Added Human Capital (VAHU) insignificanlyt affected company’s financial performance, an Structural Capital Value Added (STVA) has a significant and positive influence on companies financial performance.
