Abstract

Wheat grass is one of medical that use in health therapy. The limitation and land conversation because of some factor like population whelming makes hydroponic become the way solve this problem (alternative choice). Hydroponic is planting method without using any land. Growmore is one of nutrient that use in hydroponic. Growmore nutrient need some concentration test to find the right composition in wheatgrass growth. The purpose of this research is to observe the respond of wheatgrass plant at vary nutrient hydroponic. This research was done in UNP laboratorium research and plant physiology laboratory UNP, the research held on October-November 2017. The research use complete randomized design (RAL) with 5 factors and 6 repetation. The factor is nutrient concentration differences in growmore hydroponic from k1= 1,5g/L, k2=2g/L, k3= 2,5g/L, k4= 3g/L, k5= control. The parameter in this research is the growth in wheat grass plant. Observation is going to run in 6 th, 8 th, 10 th, and 12 th day. The data is analyzed using ANOVA significant and continue using DNMRT in error 5%. The result of this research show using vary concentration of nutrient liquid of hydroponic have a significant growth in wheatgrass, and nutrition hydroponic growmore 2g/L is the best growth in wheatgrass at the 10 th day.
