Breast milk is a baby food that contains high nutrition that is needed by babies. The World Health Organization (WHO) has recommended that babies get exclusive breastfeeding until the age of 6 months. Data from field interviews with 12 working mothers in the Padang State University who were pregnant and had babies 0-12 months, in general they failed in 6 months exclusive breastfeeding due to their lack of knowledge that breastmilk / ASIP can be stored and given again when they are working. The success of breastfeeding in working mothers is strongly influenced by mother's knowledge, mother's working hours and workplace support. The lack of knowledge and skills of mothers in the UNP Environment regarding exclusive breastfeeding after their leave is out, indicating that training is needed to increase maternal knowledge and skills in exclusive breastfeeding management when returning to work.
