Abstract

PKN learning processes that still have conventional with dominated by causerie method which it make the student feel difficult to understand and practice their attitude in daily activity. So that, the teacher have to improve PKN leaning process with values clarification technique sample which it can make clear how to behave in daily activity and also can make easy internal and personal attitude process to the student. experiments in the class should have done with collaboration between examiner with the teacher in second grade of pembangunan elementary school with use qualitative and quantitative approach. The data of experiments are: 1) the planning of learning, 2) the process of learning, 3) the evaluation of learning. the student in second grade. The collecting of data with use observation technique, and experiment. The analysis data is done with simple qualitative and quantitative analysis. The result of experiment is showed that the process of learning with use VCT sa can make improve PKN learning process at second grade. In fact, we can see from the planning of learning process, the learning process, the evaluation of learning which is learned the knowledge, attitude and skill. So that, the student can understand practice is with their daily activity. The student’s value is improve from 6.85 become 7.26 in the first step and 8.57 in the second step.
