Abstract

Blended learning system offers flexibility and even enables the creation of self-reliance in learning activities. Besides, as an approach that emphasizes the pedagogy values and student learning centered by combining face-to-face and online learning. In Higher Education of LPTK which has the main tasks and high commitment to create educators and education personnel that is professional and tough, at least it has been providing a wide range of facilities, including: the library of university, reading room faculty and program, laboratories, workshops, and school laboratory. In addition, facilities such as applications that are summarized in the academic information system services, namely: webmail, websites, academic portal, e-library, e-learning, graduation online services and information systems of educators and education. All of these services can be optimized to support the improvement of the lectures system with this blended learning system. Implementation of blended learning system in order to produce qualified educators, need to be done by considering a model that accordance with the purpose of study, characteristics of material, human resources, forms of service that will be used as well as the form of evaluation will be conducted. Several models of blended learning systems that can be selected and they are possible to do in LPTK according to the analysis carried out are; face to face driver model, rotation model, flex models, online lab models, self-blend model, the online model driver. LPTK in their duty is needed to consider, examine and adopt the most recent developments concerning the regulation and innovative learning models for higher education. Currently, one of the innovations of learning that need to be assessed by LPTK programmatically and depth is blended learning system. The assessment can be done, through a SWOT analysis as well as the assessment through in-depth research and comprehensive in order to obtain the results of truly valid, reliable, and accountable.
